  1. What is the approximate price range for a private chef experience?

    The minimum to book is $700 and there is a 20% gratuity. The average price I typically book can range between $130-200/pp but can vary depending on how many people, courses, if the meal is plated or coursed as well as the ingredients.

  2. How do you source your ingredients?

    I have my Masters in Holistic Nutrition, so nutrient density and quality is of the upmost importance. I prioritize local and seasonal ingredients and only support organic, pastured or wild caught meat. I also am an herbalist and forage many of our incredible wild ingredients we are fortunate to have here as well.

  3. What is your menu offering like? Can you accommodate multiple dietary needs?

    I do all custom menus, so they can vary so much and I enjoy pushing boundaries with flavors, but love to showcase the local ingredients. With my Masters in Holistic Nutrition and my Certification in Herbalism, I am very well versed in many dietary and nutritional needs and how to accommodate them for my clients. I have been a nutritional coach for many years, so understand how to make sure that people leave the table feeling amazing.

  4. What is the process like when I work with you? What happens when you come to cook?

    First we can chat about your event or dinner via phone or email, discussing the date, needs of the group, and price point. After which, I send you a variety of dishes for you to choose from, of which you are most welcome to make any changes or comments you would like. Once you make your final selection, we confirm the final cost and I send over an invoice for 25% down. The final balance will be due the day of the event and will include a gratuity of 20%. We confirm the address, timing of dinner, I like to arrive 2.5 hrs prior to dinner to get set-up and started with the meal. If you and your guests will be out and about the day of the dinner, you can send me the door code and I can let myself in to prep. I am very welcoming in the kitchen, so do not mind sharing the space. I do ask however, that it be ready for cooking in when I arrive :) Once the meal is served, I leave no trace and you will have a nice and tidy kitchen.

  5. Do I need to be present when you arrive at the house?

    No, most clients enjoy the day with wine tasting or events. I am completely at home in the kitchen so I can make myself around pretty well. I will require the door code when you arrive, if that will be the case so I can get started.

  6. When is payment due and how can I pay you? How much is gratuity?

    A 25% down payment is required to secure the date. If that is not paid, I can not guarantee the date for you. The final balance is due the day of as well as a 20% gratuity. I send the invoice to you via email and can be paid online as well as PayPal, Zelle, Venmo or check as well.

  7. Are there any additional services you provide?

    I can offer drop off services for your meal or cook you additional meals for your stay.

  8. What is required to secure the date?

    After we confirm the menu and price point per person, I require a 25% deposit, which can be refunded up until 21 days prior to the event. After which, I would have already begun to procure ingredients and the deposit will be non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

  9. Is the deposit refundable?

    Should you need to cancel, the deposit can be refunded for up to 21 days prior to the event. However, after 21 days I will start procuring ingredients and planning for your event and the deposit will not be refundable.
